EM3DR2 Tutorial
The following
tutorial will not attempt to explain
all the
details of pft2 or em3dr2. It will provide a step-by-step protocol that
if
followed will result in a 3D reconstruction. Note that Bsoft
programs are also used in this tutorial. Please make sure
they are
installed.
