PFT3DR
Image Files
The programs PFT2 and EM3DR2 accept as input and write as output any
image file that Bsoft
reads and writes.
Typically, input particle images are in a format that supports multiple
images within the same file. Output three-dimensional
reconstructions can be in any one of a number of formats, including the
CCP4 (.map) format used by the EM
Data Bank.
